In this dangerous world, we need to carry on protecting and saving children - even after we're gone.
For over 70 years, UNICEF has been the world's leading children’s organisation.
Across 190 countries and territories, we do whatever it takes to help
children survive, thrive and reach their full potential.
And we never give up.
By leaving a gift in your Will to UNICEF New Zealand,
you will help send kids to school, feed hungry children,
provide clean drinking water and so much more.
Give children hope of a better future.

who have left a gift in their Will for children
"UNICEF's size and experience means it can get to disaster areas very quickly and distribute aid straight away. I like to think that in a small way my contribution will help after I'm gone."
"I never had the joy and responsibility of raising children, but I was very aware that so many children exist in what are hopeless situations. Through the work of UNICEF, I will still be involved with the care of children in need long after I have passed on."
"There are many children in need around the world who UNICEF is helping. Many now have hope for a better life. So I have included UNICEF in my Will and it makes me happy to know my support will be helping children long after I have gone.”
“On a trip to Africa, we were able to see first-hand how successful UNICEF's programmes can be. It’s been calculated that every dollar spent on water and sanitation projects yields as much as $35 in positive value for children. We were genuinely moved by our experiences of UNICEF's work”
You do not have to be wealthy to leave a legacy. Whatever the size of your gift, in our hands it will go a long way.
A reversionary gift allows you to leave your estate to your dependents while they are living, but after they pass away it will revert to UNICEF.
A pecuniary gift allows you to leave a specific amount of money to UNICEF. Whatever the amount, it is always gratefully received.
A residuary gift allows you to leave UNICEF a share of your estate once your family has been taken care of. 85% of our legacy income comes from gifts made in this way.
